User guide

REMI does more than the dashboard shows.

Most hosts meet REMI on the dashboard and in their private chat. It also reminds your cleaners before checkout, chases vendors until a job is booked, translates group chats and keeps a reminder list for you. This guide shows each one, where to find it and what to say.

  • Works on WhatsApp or SMS
  • Asks before contacting vendors

What REMI does on its own

Much of REMI's work happens in your group chats, so you may never see it. Here is what a normal stay and a normal repair look like.

  • Something happens
  • REMI acts
  • You decide

Around every stay

Needs a primary cleaner and inspector on each property.
