1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of remiai.pro and the REMI service (“Service”), operated by Aye Aye Vacations LLC (“REMI,” “we,” “us”).
By creating an account or using REMI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use REMI for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
2. The Service
REMI is an AI property operations assistant for short-term rental hosts and operators. It helps coordinate maintenance, cleaners, inspectors, vendors, turnovers, tasks, and related communications through the systems you connect.
REMI may classify messages, create work items, send reminders, draft responses, and recommend actions. You remain responsible for your properties and final decisions.
3. Account and eligibility
REMI is for business use by people 18 or older.
You are responsible for your account credentials, the accuracy of your information, and all activity under your account.
4. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to connect the accounts, data, contacts, phone numbers, and systems you provide to REMI.
You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, messaging, property, and business laws, including obtaining any required consent from guests, cleaners, vendors, and other participants.
5. Messaging
REMI may send recurring SMS and MMS messages for maintenance, turnovers, inspections, vendor coordination, tasks, reminders, and other property operations.
After a participant individually verifies their phone number and accepts REMI's recurring operational-messaging disclosure, authorized REMI account users may add that participant to future relevant property-operations group texts without a new consent step. This permission continues until the participant opts out, revokes it, or the messaging purpose materially changes. Messages, replies, and phone numbers are visible to all members of each group.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For support, contact team@ayeayevacations.com.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
You may not use REMI to send spam, unsolicited promotions, deceptive messages, or unlawful content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use REMI to break the law, infringe others' rights, disrupt our systems, access another customer's data, or resell the Service without permission.
We may suspend accounts that create legal, security, or operational risk.
7. Third-party services
REMI depends on third-party services such as messaging providers, property management systems, booking channels, cloud providers, and AI providers.
We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing, or data practices. Changes to those services may affect REMI.
8. Fees
Fees and subscription terms will be shown on our pricing page, order form, or account agreement.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
9. Your data and our IP
Your data remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, support, secure, and improve REMI.
REMI, its software, workflows, designs, and related intellectual property remain our property.
10. AI limitations
REMI uses AI and automation. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed.
REMI does not replace human judgment, especially for safety, emergencies, legal issues, financial commitments, property access, or guest welfare.
11. Disclaimers
REMI is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect message delivery, accurate AI output, or specific business outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using REMI and cancel at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, unlawful use, or significant security or compliance risk.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Aye Aye Vacations LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and notify account holders of material changes where appropriate.
